GENERAL:

The work shall be carried out in accordance with the following supplemental instructions, to the contract documents, without change in contract sum or contract time. Prior to proceeding in accordance with these instructions indicate your acceptance of these instructions for minor change to the work and return a copy to the Architect. Proceeding with the work in accordance with these instructions without returning a signed copy to the Architect shall be the same as an acknowledgement that no changes in contract sum or contract time will occur related to these instructions.
